In the fight against HIV and AIDS, leaders who demonstrate vision, action and commitment—at every level of society—are crucial. Leaders like Beatrice, the driving force behind one of the newest Guardians of Hope groups in Kenya.
Beatrice is a widow who cares for orphans in her home, reaches out to the sick and encourages young women in her church and community. With the support of Guardians of Hope, Beatrice and her small group of 25 women have nearly completed a small health facility, and dream of building a preschool for children who now walk great distances to get to school.
December 1st is World AIDS Day – help to care for widows, orphans and families most affected by HIV and AIDS by becoming a monthly donor to Guardians of Hope.
